My sister and I were so lucky to get a last minute reservation here, since they only do one seating. We were sat inside next to the chefs table which was a treat! There is also outdoor seating in these cool clear igloos. The servers here were all very nice. The staff works as a team so you will have multiple people attending to you (even the head chef) which I liked! The menu does change and it is a set dinner. We opted for the wine pairings. All of the food was unique, fresh, and local! My favorite was the jalapeno ice cream because I normally do not like jalapenos but this blew me away. Highly recommend this place! But make your reservations well in advance!

Really amazing dinner. Each course was made perfectly, and the atmosphere and music were really great. The servers were also very attentive and made sure to explain each dish. And the whole dinner was gluten free!

What an absolute treat this was. Came in for the weekend and didn’t do much research on food. Saw Mana had a high rating and figured I’d book a table. Even as a solo diner they were so nice and it wasn’t awkward at all. But the food was absolutely outstanding. They accommodated my vegetarian diet and they had a non-alcoholic pairing menu, which was awesome. If you are in town don’t hesitate to make a reservation. It’s fantastic!

What an incredible experience! The dishes are exquisite and delicious, something that you cannot try anywhere else. The food was just so fresh and tasteful, and wine pairing was well thought through. Definitely a must visit when in town. Don't think about it, just book it!

Second time at Mana and another fantastic experience. This time on the summer solstice, compared to our last time during the holidays. Located a short walk from city center, they have an inviting patio with about 10 tables and music playing in the background. The 7 course dinner had a great mix of surf, turf, areal and vegetables. My favorite course was the Copper River Sockeye Salmon. My wife enjoyed the wine pairing but I have to say that the non-alcoholic pairing was absolutely amazing, with most of it brewed, infused and concocted on site. My favorite drink was the Bee in a Tux. The staff is very friendly and always willing to answer questions. You end up meeting most of the staff by the time dinner is over.

Highly recommend if you are into fine- dining and wine tasting-pairing experiences. I have dined at different Michelin Guide up to three Michelin restaurants in Europe and this place has a huge a potential to earn a title. I would definitely recommend someone from Michelin to review this cute establishment if it has not happened yet. Great atmosphere, amazing dining experience with well thought out wine pairing. It was a mind blowing experience where every bite was made with an elevated compassion for local produce, art and skill. Definitely worthy of 250-300 for two persons.
